Position Summary
This role is responsible for planning and overseeing build-up functions and activities, ensuring that all foreign airline cargo is properly handled in compliance with customer airlines' standard operating procedures and requirements, while meeting the company's service standards.
Key Accountability
- Plan the build-up process for assigned flights according to the Load Plan provided by the foreign carrier representative, in line with the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Oversee build-up activities, ensuring cargo performance, quality, and safety of vendors and equipment within the warehouse expectations
- Comply with all Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements, along with other relevant company policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to all safety and security regulations.
- Support documentation and reporting related to cargo movements and warehouse activities.
Qualification & Working Experience
- Minimum SPM/SPMV/DVM or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Aviation, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in cargo handling, IATA DGR (Dangerous Goods Regulations), or warehouse operations are a plus.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in cargo operations or warehouse logistics, preferably in an airline or ground handling environment
Areas of Experience
Experience in quality assurance, compliance, or operational training is an advantage.
