Responsibilities
- Perform daily settlement of derivatives trades
- Liaise with counterpart and custodian bank to ensure all trades are in order
- Attend to dealers, clients, auditor and compliance officer's request
- Process client deposit, withdrawal & conversion request
- Process sub account opening request
- Update client's trading account limit
- Prepare statement to clients
- Send trade confirmation and statement to clients
- Printing, filing or maintenance of reports, records and files
- Participate in UAT or BCP testing as and when required by the Depository & company
Requirements
- Must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Studies/Administration/Management/Finance/Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent
- Preferably to have minimum 1-2 years of working experience in Financial Industry & stockbroking industry.
- Fast learners, multitasking skills and able to work extended hours.
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Good written and possess a good communication skill in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
