We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. You will be responsible for adapting global brand assets with local relevance, ensuring brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints, and enhancing Bata’s visual identity across channels. This role requires strong design execution, creative flair, and structured asset management.
We are looking for a talented candidate and the role will be responsible for;
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain Brand Consistency
Implement and uphold global brand guidelines across all creative deliverables—ensuring uniformity across ATL, BTL, retail, digital, and CRM platforms.
- Adapt with Local Relevance
Localize global assets and campaign visuals with a deep understanding of culture, consumer behavior, and festive nuances.
- Strengthen Brand Image
Design compelling visuals that elevate Bata’s brand identity—modern, stylish, and relevant to evolving consumer expectations.
- Asset & File Management
Maintain an organized library of creative assets and ensure file discipline for easy access, sharing, and reusability across departments.
- Multichannel Adaptation
Convert master visuals into platform-specific formats—ranging from in-store displays to social media, CRM banners, print ads, and event collateral—while ensuring timely delivery and quality control.

- Diploma/Degree/Experience in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva; After Effects is a plus).
- Strong sense of design layout, typography, and color theory.
- Able to balance creative thinking with structured execution and time management.
- Prior experience in retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands is a strong advantage.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
