JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Visit all assigned outlets to ensure proper product display, stock availability and business relation matters if needed.
- Maintain strong relationships with store personnel, business relation and competency (Being first responder to any issue arise).
- Monitor inventory levels and generate sales reports if needed.
- Follow merchandising SOP / guideline / planogram
- Ensure accurate and up to date pricing in-store including price labelling and promotion.
- Execute weekly rotations between branch locations and head office to optimize product placement and displays
- Maintain good relationship with vendors/outlets to understand product and translate into effective sales strategies (Exp: Strong relationship with outlet in charge to engage extra exposure of company product in outlet)
- Ensure logistic arrangement are followed as stated on logistic schedule.
- Present weekly report for all outlets including sales, product inventory, outlets feedback reports etc.
- Maintain remain strong business relationships between company and every branch.
- Involve with simple audit of competitors brand, price, latest promotion with any picture evidence
- Evidence visited outlet report (Before and after restocking, chiller breakdown, incorrect pricing and action taken)
- Support promotional/roadshow activity in every outlet if needed.
Reporting
- Preparing Sales, Stocks & KPI reports on weekly basis.
- Preparing for DSR template report on monthly basis.
- Monitor aging report on monthly basis by outlet.
- Monitor shipment to ensure all shipment has been GRN across all outlets on timely manner or at least once a week.
- Generate and update daily or weekly outlets purchasing/return order report if needed.
- Supervise and monitor on product quality (Exp: Product expiry date and packaging quality).
- Monitor shortage, damaged & expired claims submission on monthly basis.
- Reviewing the batch code of all products for incoming shipment to ensure good quality.
- Ensure and arrange disposal/return product are done properly with a proper report from outlets assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma in any related field (fresh grads with business-related experience are welcome)
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Business-minded, pleasant personality with entrepreneurial skills and eager to company business growth
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in merchandising (experienced candidates is an advantage)
- Proficient in computer skills
- Able to work independently and travel within assigned areas
- Fluent in Malay and English and both in written and spoken. Knowledge of other language is an added advantage.
