Job Description
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to develop integrated MEP designs that meet cleanroom and semiconductor manufacturing requirements.
- Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to identify risks and design constraints.
- Review and advise on cost estimation, design gaps, and value engineering opportunities
- Lead the MEP team through all phases of construction, from design to commissioning.
- Manage consultants and contractors to ensure timely and compliant execution of MEP works.
- Ensure all MEP installations comply with international codes, cleanroom standards (e.g., ISO 14644), and local authority regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Monitor and report on MEP progress, quality, and safety performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- 10 years of experience in MEP project management, preferably in cleanroom or semiconductor environments.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical load calculations, plumbing coordination, and BIM integration.
- Familiarity with sustainable building practices and energy-efficient systems
