About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Medical Laboratory Technologist to join our team at Kuantan Clinical Diagnostic Centre Sdn Bhd. As a full-time role based in Kuantan, Pahang, you will play a vital role in supporting our state-of-the-art laboratory and providing essential diagnostic services to our patients.
What You'll Be Doing
- Performing a wide range of laboratory tests and analyses, including haematology, clinical chemistry, microbiology, and immunology procedures
- Accurately collecting, processing, and analysing patient samples
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and laboratory protocols
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation for all laboratory activities
- Providing technical support and guidance to other members of the healthcare team
- Participating in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
- Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in laboratory science and best practices
What We're Looking For
- A diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field
- Registered with the Malaysian Society of Medical Laboratory Sciences (MSMLS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the healthcare team
- Proficient in the use of laboratory equipment and information management systems
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and patient safety
