What will you need to do:

Interpret and deconstruct a wide variety of briefs—from brand, campaign, digital to business-focused.
Build rapport and develop a deep understanding of each client’s brand, industry, and ambition.
Conduct thorough research across markets, audience behavior, competition, and category trends.
Identify insights, frame problems, and create strategic directions that are both clear and compelling.
Develop end-to-end proposals that connect strategy, creative, media, and performance.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and deliver solutions that are both smart and executable.
Present and defend your strategies with clarity, structure, and conviction.

You would be a good asset if you have:

Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, brand strategy, consulting or related roles.
Proven ability to think critically, structure strategic thought, and simplify complex problems.
Broad knowledge base—across marketing, business, culture, and digital trends.
Strong research and analytical skills, with the discipline to follow through with detail and structure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills—able to lead conversations and influence stakeholders.
Demonstrated capacity for both hard work and smart work—this role is intensive and demands excellence.
