About the role
As a Marketing Project Manager, you will work alongside a vendor to support the development and execution of marketing programs designed to drive demand for their partners. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing program execution, coordinating third-party and internal communications, organizing webinars, managing reporting and documentation, and providing regular updates to clients and the Program Manager. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
What you'll do
Campaign Management
- Plan, manage, and support the execution of partner marketing plans
- Create briefs, source marketing materials, and coordinate with agencies
- Monitor campaign performance and ROI
Stakeholder & Partner Engagement
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients and partners
- Ensure partners are informed, enabled, and aligned with goals
- Collaborate with local sales and marketing teams
Reporting & Analytics
- Deliver weekly campaign updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Compile data-driven insights and client-ready reports
- Track and support lead management processes
Program Execution
- Oversee timely delivery of marketing programs and tasks
- Track participation and campaign status
- Coordinate agency communications and manage issue resolution
Budget & Operational Support
- Track budgets and marketing development fund (MDF) usage
- Maintain internal documentation and contribute to program improvements
- Conduct post-campaign evaluations and recommend optimizations
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years' work experience in a Business-to-Business environment.
- Project management skills with experience in marketing program execution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in organizing webinars and virtual events.
- Ability to manage budgets and oversee financial tracking.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address and resolve project challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in coordinating with third-party agencies and managing partner engagement.
