upport the development and execution of marketing initiatives to assist sales activities and the sales team.
Assist in planning marketing efforts through appropriate channels, selected based on effectiveness and target audience.
Prepare and monitor the Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budget.
Liaise with vendors and third-party service providers (e.g., advertising agencies, printers, model makers, 3D designers).
Coordinate with media partners for PR needs, including print, electronic, and digital platforms.
Assist in liaising with relevant authorities to obtain necessary approvals and licenses.
Provide support in proposing, coordinating, and executing marketing events, campaigns, and promotional activities.
Assist in analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and preparing reports for improvement.
Keep updated on the latest property and marketing trends through surveys, research, and competitive analysis.
Conduct market surveys and research to support marketing strategies.
Collaborate with other departments to provide marketing support.
Undertake any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or equivalent from a recognized higher learning institution.
Experience in a marketing team within the real estate or property development industry is an added advantage.
Basic understanding of local markets with interest to grow knowledge in the property industry.
Proactive, resourceful, and eager to broaden skills in marketing functions.
Possess a pleasant personality, strong teamwork spirit, independence, and good interpersonal and communication skills.
Willing to be based at Lagenda Tower, 3 Damansara.
