Marketing Manager – Dazzle Me (Beauty Brand)
Location: 1 Powerhouse, Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (Fully on-site)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute offline marketing and brand initiatives aligned with company goals
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms
• Conduct market and competitor research to uncover trends and new opportunities
• Plan and manage full-cycle KOL and influencer campaigns—from sourcing to performance evaluation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and talents
• Guide and support the KOL team to ensure successful campaign execution
• Work with the sales team to forecast ROI and assess campaign impact
• Lead a creative team (social media, designer, videographer, editor) to produce high-quality content for Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and Facebook
• Manage content calendars to ensure timely and relevant publishing
• Monitor content and campaign performance, and provide insights for optimization
• Collaborate cross-functionally with E-commerce, Sales, Product, and Digital Marketing teams
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle sector
• Strong experience in offline brand building and consumer engagement
• Confident, outgoing, and a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Passionate about the beauty industry and current market trends
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
• Proven leadership experience managing teams (around 10–15 people)
• Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay (spoken and written)
• Candidates below age 35 preferred

Additional Info:

• Probation Period: 3 months
• Reporting Line: Brand Director (based in China)
• Lunch Hours: 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM
