The Marketing Manager will lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies to strengthen the brand presence, drive business growth, and support the sales objectives of the hotel. This role involves managing campaigns, digital platforms, partnerships, and promotional activities to attract both local and international markets.
THE JOBSCOPE
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and annual marketing plans for the hotel.
- Manage digital marketing activities including social media, website, SEO/SEM, and email campaigns.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and activations to increase brand awareness.
- Work closely with the Sales team to drive room bookings, F&B promotions, and event spaces.
- Build partnerships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders to enhance visibility.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials (brochures, ads, videos, signage, etc.).
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to adjust strategies.
- Manage marketing budget and ensure cost-effective initiatives.
- Track and report campaign performance with measurable ROI.
- Lead, guide, and mentor the marketing team.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality or service industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and campaign management.
- Excellent communication, creative thinking, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
- Proficient in social media platforms, Google Analytics, and marketing tools.
