Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop, implement, and manage integrated marketing strategies (online & offline) aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
- Plan and execute brand-building initiatives to increase awareness and market share.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to recommend proactive actions.
Digital & Offline Marketing
- Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and online advertising.
- Manage offline activities such as events, trade shows, roadshows, print advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and marketing materials.
Reseller & Channel Support
- Collaborate with resellers to develop marketing programs, sales kits, and promotional activities that support their sales performance.
- Provide marketing tools and training to strengthen reseller engagement and loyalty.
- Monitor effectiveness of reseller-driven campaigns and provide continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 6–8 years of marketing experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge in both digital and traditional marketing.
- Experience in managing reseller/channel marketing will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
