Marketing
- Source and compile potential client data from online platforms (Google, directories, social media, etc.).
- Make outbound marketing calls to promote company services/products and generate leads.
- Draft, prepare, and send marketing emails and other promotional communications.
- Assist in developing basic marketing materials and coordinating promotional campaigns.
- Maintain and update customer databases to support marketing and sales efforts.
Administration
- Handle filing, documentation, and proper record-keeping.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and other office documents.
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments as required.
- Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and general office operations.
- Perform any other marketing or administrative tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant working experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
