Overview
We are seeking a visionary Marketing Creative Lead to direct and execute the creative vision for all marketing and promotional content across our games and brand platforms. This role is responsible for leading the ideation, development, and production of compelling visual assets, video content, campaign themes, and creative strategies that drive engagement, awareness, and retention. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and art teams to ensure that every creative touchpoint resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand identity.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative Direction & Leadership
● Lead the creative development of marketing campaigns — from concept to execution — across digital, social, and offline channels.
● Translate marketing strategies and brand goals into impactful visuals, video concepts, and storytelling ideas.
● Maintain and elevate the visual identity and tone of the brand across all marketing and communication materials.
Campaign & Asset Development
● Oversee and guide the production of trailers, key visuals, social media graphics, banners, digital ads, event materials, and promotional content.
● Collaborate with internal and external teams (designers, videographers, copywriters, animators) to ensure high-quality and on-brand deliverables.
● Manage creative timelines, priorities, and feedback loops to deliver assets on time for campaigns, launches, and events.
Cross-Team Collaboration
● Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas, shape narratives, and design high-performing content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
● Collaborate with game developers and art directors to align in-game art and themes with marketing assets.
● Partner with community, social, and content teams to create dynamic content that drives player engagement and user growth.
Innovation & Trend-Tracking
● Stay on top of creative trends in games, entertainment, pop culture, and digital content to inspire fresh ideas and ensure our brand remains culturally relevant.
● Experiment with new creative formats, storytelling methods, and platform-specific content (e.g., TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Advertising, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in creative direction, digital content creation, or a senior design/creative role — preferably in gaming or tech.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative leadership across static, video, and interactive formats.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and familiarity with tools like Figma or Blender is a plus.
- Deep understanding of creative performance on various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Steam, etc.).
- Excellent storytelling instincts and visual communication skills.
- Strong project management and communication abilities — able to lead a small creative team or work with external vendors/agencies.
- Passion for gaming and knowledge of gaming communities, trends, and aesthetics.
