We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Automation Intern to support the setup, execution, and optimisation of campaigns within Brevo. You’ll get hands-on experience to learn more about marketing automation, conversation optimization, email strategy, and CRM segmentation while learning how to engage and convert customers through data-driven insights.
- Assist in the planning, building, and launching of automated email campaigns in Brevo
- Set up customer journeys and workflows using Brevo’s automation builder
- Segment and maintain the CRM database for personalized targeting
- Support A/B testing of subject lines, email copy, and send times
- Ensure all campaigns are responsive and thoroughly tested before launch
- Monitor key performance metrics (open, click, and bounce rates)
- Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment
- Maintain CRM hygiene through accurate tagging and data organization
- Research and recommend improvements to workflows and retention strategies
