- Certificate in fabrication or mechanical drafting
- Strong ability in reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Excellent measurement, geometry and calculation skills
- Highly attentive to detail and precision
- Familiar with shipyard safety practice and PPE usage
- At least 2 years' working experience in shipbuilding field is an added advantage
