Job Scope / Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and communicate closely with Live Hosts to plan and execute engaging TikTok livestream sessions.
- Develop livestream strategies to boost viewer engagement, follower growth, and sales performance.
- Schedule and manage daily/weekly livestream slots, ensuring hosts are well-prepared with scripts, products, and promotions.
- Provide real-time support during livestreams to troubleshoot issues and guide hosts for better delivery and interaction.
- Monitor and review livestream performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback to hosts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize TikTok Shop listings, campaign timing, and promotional materials in line with livestream activities.
- Keep up with TikTok trends, livestream tools, and platform updates to ensure best practices are applied consistently.
Requirements :
- Strong communication and coordination skills, especially in managing and guiding Live Hosts.
- Familiarity with TikTok, TikTok Shop, and livestream features and tools.
- Experience in e-commerce, social media content planning, or livestream hosting/management is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to track performance and improve strategies.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
