Apps Deployment:
Deployment of micro-services (Docker on Kubernetes, AliCloud)
Deployment of web pages (Apache web server)
Manage system configuration changes and monitor performance
Start/stop micro-services/web server
Validate network connectivity (basic ping, telnet, curl)
Private/Public certificate update
DR preparation and testing
Incident & Problem management:
Troubleshooting and resolve issues in timely manner
Providing support to other teams
Proficiency in determining the causes of application errors
Pull logs for troubleshooting purposes (micro-services, DB)
Log L2 issue resolutions and activities.
Alerts monitoring (Nagios, AliCloud)
Weekly reporting:
Report L2 issues and resolutions to respective scrum masters
Technical/Functional skills
Working experience as an application support analyst or a similar role
Good knowledge of linux, network, kubernetes, docker, web application, web server
Knowledge of databases and SQL
Knowledge of cloud (AliCloud)
Knowledge of git (GitLab)
Ability to diagnose and solve application issues
Self-starter, Problem-solving and Eager-to-learn attitude
Good collaboration and teamwork skills
Knowledge on programming language/automation/shell scripting/yml/json/security is an added advantage.
