What You'll Responsible For:
- Plan, manage, and execute safety culture projects across the organization.
- Serve as the main point of contact for external consultants supporting the projects.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration on project goals.
- Plan and allocate resources effectively to support project timelines and objectives.
- Monitor and track the progress of culture change initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Facilitate internal communication related to safety culture projects to ensure transparency and engagement.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, challenges, and outcomes.
- Identify and manage project risks to ensure successful implementation.
- Support the development and implementation of tools and metrics to measure cultural change.
- Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing related to safety culture.
What Experience and Skills Required:
- Proven experience in HSEQ and/or operational ship management.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
- Experience leading or supporting cultural change initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on cultural change metrics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Passion to lead change in a global, diverse, growing organisation
- Relevant academic qualifications in safety, management, or related fields are preferred.
