PURPOSE

• Manage the overall deliverables of the Group Technology Assurance reporting and Group Information Security automation projects within group framework across multiple business units and within Group Technology.
• Work with business units and all departments within Group Technology to improve, implement and ensure effective execution of the reporting and metrics. 
• Ensure all the reported KRIs, metrics and the management presentation packs and all other reports are accurately prepared in timely manner.
• Lead and manage the entire investigation process and resolution on discrepancies in the reporting data and/or breakage in the automated reporting tools by facilitating with multiple departments/ functions across FWD Group
• The role will evolve in terms complexity with increasing demand for better metrics and analytics reporting to provide additional insights to FWD markets and group

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Proactively support the Head of Technology Assurance & Information Security Governance in developing and implementing new Group technology assurance and Group Information Security reporting and metrics.
• Perform medium to complex analytics and diagnostics to make improvement and new standards recommendation to support management’s decision-making
• Review of the KRIs and metrics regularly with all the departments within Group Technology and ensure the accuracy of the reporting logic.
• Manage the full cycle of project delivery relating to dashboard reporting automation, working closely with vendors, multiple departments within Group Technology and ensure meeting the defined project timeline.
• Guide FWD markets in the implementation of new operational technology metrics
• Review and monitor completeness of documentations of the automation project and sign off the same.
• Review analytics reports and presentation slides from junior team members and ensure the accuracy and consistency of the presented information.
• Collaborate with Group Information Security teams in respect of metrics and KRIs reporting and automation when needed.
• Lead the investigation process on any discrepancies in the reporting data and/or breakage in the automated reporting tools and ensure closure and mitigation of issues
• Design, define and recommend new technology risk and cyber security metrics and KRIs and liaise with Information Security and Group IT stakeholders

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

• Ensure Technology metrics are consistently and effectively implemented in all markets.
• Achieve the accuracy and consistency of the technology metrics reporting and adoption
• Keep abreast with the changing technology and market practices and continuously improve in support of IT/Security compliance programs. 
• Accuracy of the reports
• Ensure Group Information Security automation projects delivery is within project timeline Continuous improvements of the KRI and metrics
• Doing things right, creating synergies for the overall FWD goals and objectives, along with a people first approach.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• Phython Programming
• Hands-on experiences in Microsoft Azure (Block storage and Data Brick environment)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in areas relating to reporting and analytics.
• Degree from Information Technology or equivalent discipline.
• Experience in working with automation solutions such as Power BI
• Experience in Cybersecurity and technical knowledge in the area.
• Experience in managing small to medium size scale projects.
• Experience in consulting firms in the area of metrics and reporting is preferred.  
• Agile Project management experience (Agile Mindset).
• Certifications such as PSM, PMP, CISSP preferred.
