Working Days: 5-6 days a week
Overall Job Objectives
As a Management Trainee in Procurement & Logistics, you will be immersed in a rotational program focused on understanding the end-to-end supply chain for both our F&B and Wellness brands in Malaysia. This includes sourcing, purchasing, warehousing, inventory, and logistics planning. You'll be mentored by experienced leaders and groomed towards a future leadership role within the Procurement & Logistics department.
Core Responsibilities
- Learn and assist in daily procurement and supply chain operations – from sourcing suppliers to negotiating pricing and managing purchase orders.
- Support the Procurement Manager in supplier management, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Assist in monitoring logistics and inventory processes to ensure cost efficiency and smooth internal distribution to our outlets.
- Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to manage product movement and ensure minimal wastage or stock-out issues.
- Analyze data and help prepare procurement and logistics reports for internal tracking and business review.
Job Specifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or any relevant field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Strong interest in procurement, logistics, and supply chain operations.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory systems/software is an advantage.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment and flexible with rotational training.

- Participate in structured training and mentoring from senior Procurement and Logistics leads.
- Gain in-depth understanding of vendor management, purchase cycle, and logistics strategies.
- Support the efficiency of the entire supply chain from purchase to delivery.
- Assist in improving cost-control measures and operational efficiency within the department.
