We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Management Trainee to join our team.
Management Trainee - Cash Solution
Education: Bachelors or Equivalent (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
Cash Business Operations (ATM, CIT, CPC):
- Assist in the management and supervision of ATM cash replenishment schedules and maintenance activities.
- Support Cash-in-Transit operations to ensure secure and efficient cash transportation services.
- Participate in the day-to-day activities at Cash Processing Centres including cash sorting, counting, and quality control.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with security protocols and relevant regulatory requirements across operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as security, logistics, and client services to optimize workflow and operational efficiency.
- Analyze operational data and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement and risk mitigation.
Sales, Marketing, and Business Development (Cash Solutions):
- Engage in customer acquisition and retention efforts related to Safeguards’ cash management services.
- Gain practical exposure to the company’s sales and marketing culture and international business practices.
Internal Audits and Risk Assessments:
- Conduct internal audits on operational processes within the cash business to ensure compliance and identify risks.
- Participate in risk assessments and contribute recommendations to enhance operational security and efficiency.
Information Technology Systems & Technologies:
- Facilitate communication between the IT department and operational users during system development and implementation phases.
- Provide progress reports and assist in troubleshooting IT system-related issues within cash operations.
- Acquire proficiency in IT systems to effectively train staff and conduct operational presentations.
People and Human Resources:
- Embrace Safeguards’ organizational culture, values, and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
- Participate in HR initiatives to foster a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Operations and Overall Business Value Chain:
- Develop an understanding of the operational structure and systems of Safeguards’ various business divisions.
- Gain insight into the end-to-end processes of the cash business value chain.
