About the Role:
As a CBRE Maintenance Technician/ Handyman, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment.
This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. To support the continuous operation and maintenance of facility systems and equipment, ensuring safety, compliance, and service quality in alignment with client expectations and organizational standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
- Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
- Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion.
- Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
- Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems. Exchange straightforward information in a clear, concise manner.
- Impact team through defined duties, methods and tasks as described in detail.
- Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
What You’ll Need:
- Technical certification or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent.
- Possessing competency in electrical works (e.g. A0 & A1) is added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in facility maintenance or manufacturing industries.
- Familiarity with maintenance management systems and safety standards.
- Possess a valid driving license (B2 and D classes).
