Key Responsibilities
Logistics Operations & Coordination
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor transportation, warehousing, and delivery activities.
- Arrange shipments, liaise with transporters, freight forwarders, and shipping agents to ensure timely movement of goods.
- Track and monitor deliveries, ensuring on-time arrival and resolving any delays or discrepancies.
- Ensure proper documentation for shipping, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance.
Warehouse & Inventory Management
- Coordinate with warehouse team for stock movements, storage, and dispatch.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
- Support implementation of warehouse safety, efficiency, and operational improvements.
Customer & Vendor Management
- Act as the point of contact for customers regarding delivery schedules, order status, and logistics queries.
- Work with vendors, transporters, and service providers to maintain strong relationships and service quality.
- Resolve logistics-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare and maintain accurate logistics reports (delivery performance, cost analysis, fleet utilization, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with all logistics, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cost, efficiency, and service levels.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
- Knowledge of shipping, customs clearance, and freight forwarding processes.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of ERP/Logistics systems is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
