Job Scope:
- Manage all international shipments, including planning, execution, and delivery to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation.
- Manage import and export processes and ensure compliance with all required government policies and licensing regulations.
- Identify shipping issues and implement solutions promptly, and suggest solutions for shipping process optimization
- Supports the design and implementation of Logistical Solutions Works with other team members to develop alternative solutions.
- Enhance the shipment traceability performance, generate reports, and perform data-driven decisions.
- Examine various documents such as costing files, invoices & another related shipping documents.
- Any ad-hoc tasks to be assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Good understanding of import & export procedures, Customs operation and HS codes knowledge
- Minimum 1 year of experience in international logistics with Free Trade Zone/LNW.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin & English, as the role requires communicating frequently with the China logistics team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel (familiar with intermediate skills such as Pivot Table, Vlookup) and PowerPoint
- Applicants must be willing to work in our Factory in Pulau Indah, Selangor.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
