Summary Of Responsibilities.
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations (inbound/outbound logistics).
- Arrange transportation, schedule deliveries, and track shipments.
- Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics flow.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and stock levels in warehouses.
- Prepare and maintain shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, customs documents, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international shipping regulations.
- Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Resolve any issues related to transportation delays, damages, or discrepancies.
- Use logistics software and tools to manage data and generate reports.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics performance.
Education & Skills Requirement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain (entry-level can be tailored).
- Strong understanding of logistics systems and supply chain operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
