Responsibilities:
- Use CRM tools like MessageBird and Hubspot to maintain strong relationships and ensure a smooth customer experience
- Manage daily operations, including logistics coordination, order tracking, and merchant support through the backend system (WooCommerce)
- Oversee the full operational flow—from product search to final delivery to the customer
- Resolve issues or special requests by making necessary adjustments in the e-commerce system
- Handle data entry, sorting, and reporting related to logistics and operations to improve efficiency within the set budget
- Support cross-functional teams when needed to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Logistic or a related field
- Interest in E-commerce, Logistics, or Food-related platforms, and comfortable using technology
- Prior customer service or operations experience is a plus (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English (spoken & written); Mandarin-speaking candidates will have an advantage.
- Team player with a positive, flexible, and proactive attitude
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to commit to a 6-day workweek (on-site)
