1. Live Broadcasting
- Conduct TikTok livestreams in accordance with the company’s assigned shift schedule, either individually or as part of a group session.
- Present and perform content such as dancing, singing, interactive games, and real-time audience engagement in a professional and entertaining manner.
- Ensure high visual and audio quality standards are maintained throughout all livestream sessions.
2. Content Production & Branding
- Regularly produce and upload short-form video content to the company’s official TikTok account to enhance visibility and attract new followers.
- Develop and maintain a consistent livestream persona or character that aligns with the company’s brand identity and reflects its core value: to build and develop top-tier livestream talents. This persona must demonstrate professionalism, creativity, and audience engagement across all livestream sessions and related content.
- Contribute to the ideation and planning of creative content themes, including coordination of costumes, props, and visual styles.
3. Audience Engagement
- Collaborate effectively with designated hosts to foster a lively and engaging livestream environment.
- Respond to real-time audience interactions such as comments, virtual gifts, and feedback, in order to sustain viewer retention and loyalty.
- Proactively cultivate fan relationships to build a dedicated and growing follower base.
4. Performance Monitoring & Goal Achievement
- Meet or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including livestream duration, viewer engagement metrics, fanbase growth, and revenue from viewer contributions.
- Participate in performance evaluations and utilize internal analytics tools to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to overall team performance objectives as defined by the operations department.
5. Training & Continuous Development
- Attend scheduled training sessions in disciplines such as dance, makeup artistry, expression techniques, and livestream presentation.
- Remain informed about current TikTok trends, algorithm updates, and popular content to maintain relevance and competitiveness.
- Implement feedback from supervisors and instructors to enhance individual performance quality.
6. Team Collaboration & Organizational Participation
- Adhere to shift schedules, production timelines, and team activity calendars.
- Participate in company-organized events, livestream campaigns, and collaborative content initiatives.
- Cooperate with in-house professionals such as stylists, choreographers, and content strategists to ensure optimal preparation and delivery of content.
