Job Description:
- Educate and advise clients on insurance products, ensuring they understand the benefits and coverage options.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through financial consultations and customized solutions.
- Identify and approach potential customers through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Provide ongoing policy reviews and support to clients to ensure their financial needs are met.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's overall business growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge related to insurance and financial planning.
- Work closely with internal teams to process applications, claims, and policy servicing efficiently.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- TBE (Takaful Basic Examination), PCE (Pre-Contract Examination for Insurance Agents), or CEILLI (Certificate Examination in Investment-Linked Life Insurance) certification is required.
- Experience in insurance, financial planning, or sales is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
