Job Role Description – Learning Associate (Learning Support)

- Support blended learning journey for our learners to achieve superior learning experience and successful skills outcome
- Learner’s liaison and support on learning plan, schedules, administration and payment collection etc
- Motivate, facilitate & support learning journey to deliver personalised blended learning experience with a successful outcome
Critical Job Functions:
- Compliance - Course run, enrolment, payment status, assessment upload.
- Facilitating learning activities - Interact with learners, employers, and stakeholders in a professional manner to ensure engagement and collaboration. Monitor the progress of learners learning journeys, ensuring effective learning outcomes.
- Data management and analysis - Utilise Microsoft Power BI to generate and analyse reports and dashboards, providing insights into learning progress and financial information. Gain proficiency in utilising Learning Management Systems, Student Management Systems, and digital course tools.
- Monitoring learner progress - Monitor and track learners' progress throughout their learning journeys, offering guidance and support as needed. Provide first level counseling and support to learners to address any challenges or obstacles they encounter in the areas of administration and learner progress. For subject matter counseling refer learner to Learning Facilitators
- Coordination of faculties - Support instructors, mentors, and assessors to ensure smooth delivery of educational content and assessments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma, preferably in Business or Information Technology
- With at least 1-2 years of similar experience
- Proficient in using Learning Management Systems (LMS), Student Management Systems (SMS), and webinar platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- Technically savvy with the ability to adapt quickly to new digital tools and systems
- Willing to take on a contract role of 2-3 months
Technical Skills & Competencies
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in utilising tools like Microsoft Power BI for generating reports and analyzing learning progress data.
- Resource Management: Competence in allocating learning resources efficiently to support trainees' educational needs and enhance learning experiences,
- Coordination Skills: Ability to coordinate faculties, including instructors, mentors, and assessors, ensuring smooth delivery of educational content and assessments.
- Learner Support: Ability to engage learners of different profiles to understand their issues and provide support timely with accurate information. Escalate any matters to Programme Manager for further follow-up
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
