Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Prospecting: Dive into the equipment, tools, and spare parts industries to identify potential businesses that could benefit from our Antbuildz Webstore. This includes researching company details, key decision-makers, and relevant contact information.
- Outbound Calling & Lead Qualification: Be the first point of contact for prospective clients. Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to introduce the Antbuildz Webstore, explain our value proposition, and gauge their interest.
- Appointment Setting: Skillfully engage prospects to qualify their needs and pain points, then successfully schedule and confirm meetings for our Senior Business Development team. Your primary goal is to fill our senior team's calendars with high-quality, pre-qualified appointments.
- CRM Management: Accurately record all call activities, research findings, and scheduled appointments within our CRM system. Ensure all data is up-to-date and complete for seamless follow-up by the sales team.
- Market Insights: Gather initial feedback and common objections from calls, sharing these insights with the broader team to refine our messaging and targeting strategies.
What We're Looking For:

- Exceptional Communication & Persuasion: You love to speak and engage with people over the phone. You're articulate, can quickly build rapport, and are skilled at explaining value and securing commitment for a meeting.
- Tenacity & Resilience: You're not easily deterred by rejection and can maintain a positive attitude through high-volume cold calling. You're self-motivated and thrive on achieving targets.
- Strong Research & Detail Orientation: You're thorough in your research to find the right contacts and accurate in recording information.
- High Energy & Independence: You're self-motivated, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are ready to take ownership of your daily call and appointment targets.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a telemarketing, cold calling, or appointment setting role is highly preferred. Bonus points if you’ve worked or interned in the construction or industrial sectors.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
