Key Responsibilities:
· New raw material and trial grade raw material incoming QC/QA testing and qualification
· Perform data analysis on raw materials testing and QC/QA test results
· Perform daily routine QA/QC testing and analyses
· Perform maintaining, updating and filing of laboratory and QC/QA documentation
· Review incoming raw materials COA and confirm COA status
· Maintain & update system database and generate COA
· Inventory control and purchase of lab consumable materials
· Calibrate and maintain the quality related systems and equipment in the laboratory
· In-charge of QC retention sample keeping and disposal of chemical
· Participate/ assist in product development and improvement
· Good housekeeping of the chemical laboratory and good lab safety practice
· Participate/ assist in new raw materials/ products evaluations
· Prepare product prototypes and perform testing on end product application
· Follow up on on-going projects by constantly checking the product properties
· Draft product specification and COA
· Carry out investigation and troubleshooting on product quality
· Ensure that safe working practices are used and appropriate Health and Safety legislation adopted
· Exercise responsibility for carrying out and adhering to the Health and Safety Policy and procedure
· Ensure all regulatory requirements are met
· Any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the superior or Management
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant technical program (Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with laboratory procedures and equipment is a plus.

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
