Job description :
· To ensure that all ingredient is always freshly prepared and on time.
· To ensure that all dishes are being prepared to the correct recipe and to the correct quantity.
· To ensure that all dishes reach the hot plate or passé correctly garnished, the correct
portion and size, presented on the correct serving dish in the prescribed manner.
· To ensure that his section being kept clean and tidy all times.
· To ensure that all staff under his control are treated fairly and with courtesy.
· To ensure all that all stock is kept under optimum conditions.
· To ensure any anticipated shortages are communicated promptly to the sous chef or head chef.
· Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations.
Requirement :
· Minimum of SPM.
· Able to communicate in Malay / English.
· Willing to work weekends & selected public holidays.
· Able to work on shift and long hour.
· Able to do multitask
· Able to work under pressure.
· Reliable and predictable attendance.
· Enthusiastic, courteous, helpful to colleagues &guests
· Can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
