We’re looking for a creative, energetic, and passionate individual to join our team in producing high-quality videos and managing our social media platforms. You’ll be responsible for shooting and editing engaging content, keeping our brand presence strong and consistent online.
Key Responsibilities
Videography & Photography
- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging videos for leadership programs, training highlights, event coverage, and social media.
- Capture high-quality photos that showcase the energy, people, and moments at Avidity.
- Ensure all visuals reflect Avidity’s brand identity and attention to detail.
Social Media Management
- Post and schedule content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) following Avidity’s content calendar.
- Keep social media vibrant with a mix of training moments, content & other related info/resources
- Track content performance and suggest improvements based on audience engagement.
Creative Development
- Collaborate with trainers, coaches, L&D team & Design team to brainstorm creative content ideas.
- Create short-form, high-energy videos that match current social media trends while staying true to Avidity’s professional tone.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Creative Arts, Multimedia, Communications, or related fields.
- Skilled in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effect, Photoshop, or anything similar).
- Creative, detail-focused, and eager to learn.
- Able to work in a team.
- A good sense of storytelling and visual flow.
- Bonus: Experience shooting with DSLR
Location & Working Hours (Hybrid)
- Location: [Oval Damansara, TTDI, Kuala Lumpur
- Working hours: Monday – Friday, [9.00am - 5.00pm]
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
