We are seeking a fresh Junior Finance Executive to join our dynamic team. The Finance Executive will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate financial information effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Maintain fixed asset list and ensure completeness of fixed asset tagging.
- Liaise with external and internal auditor on any audit related issue.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing and yearly closing of account.
- Update monthly GL and audit schedule.
- Compile and prepare document for loan draw down.
- Prepare payment vouchers and cheques.
- Handle daily accounting data entries.
- Ensure billings are computed and issued as per schedule (intercompany transaction, loan interest).
- To perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
