Responsibilities:
1. System & network support – Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, printers, and network equipment to ensure stable operations.
2. Troubleshooting & maintenance – Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner, providing both onsite and remote support to staff.
3. System upgrades & security – Perform system updates, patches, and upgrades; ensure antivirus, firewall, and backup systems are up to date.
4. Documentation & reporting – Maintain accurate records of IT assets, system configurations, incidents, and solutions for reference and compliance.
5. Cross-department coordination – Work closely with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide technical solutions.
6. Technology improvements – Research and recommend new hardware, software, or tools that can improve business efficiency and workflow.
Requirements:
1. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
2. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
3. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
4. Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
5. Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
