Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day IT support for hotel staff and guest (hardware, software, network, PMS, POS, keycard system, Wi-Fi, etc.)
- Assist in maintaining IT systems, equipment, and network performance.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection standards.
- Support new technology implementations and upgrades.
- Coordinate with vendors when needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of networking, Windows, and Microsoft 365.
- Strong problem-solving skills, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Able to work independently and as part of team.
- Have a strong sense of urgency and commitment to support during urgent calls, including those that may fall outside of working hours.
Working Hours:
- Tuesday to Saturday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Saturday flexible hours: Start anytime between 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM, while completing 9 working hours
- Off days: Sunday & Monday
