Responsibilities:
1. Enlightening the burden of the team.
2. Generating the reports for store & HQ.
3. Amending the existing scripts.
4. Dealing with users regarding the system.
5. Setting up some window securities & hardware.
6. Monitor PRTG tool (broadband status) - perform 1st level support and if still broadband down, report to ISP, and follow up until link is up.
7. Shadowing morning shifter helpdesk assist on handling IT portal tickets.
8. Response issues\concern raised thru support WhatsApp groups (Vendor \ HQ IT).
Requirements:
1. Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in fields related to Computer Science (IT).
2. Minimum CGPA of 3.0.
3. Able to commit at least 3 to 6 months. Students in their last semester are encouraged to submit their applications.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Basic SQL knowledge is required.
