Roles & Responsibilities:
- Good in knowledgeable to conduct IT reviews that apply to all components, processes and data systems.
- Manage IT asset tagging, inventory and IT purchase updates. Able to communicate with vendor for any problems.
- Able to install successfully and within time frame windows 10, Ahn Lab V3 and Nasca security apps. Also managing Firewall requirements.
- Maintaining the servers and switches in the server room running at optimum level. Maintaining the printers and toners.
- Trouble shoot complains from user with regards to PC and laptops.
- Communicate with RHQ and HQ IT teams and helpdesk.
- Able to travel when required to Senawang, Shah Alam and Port Klang Area
- Able to work on weekends when required.
- Liaise with the building management in the event of power shutdown.
Requirements:
- At least Diploma in Information Technology or any related course
- Possess own transportation (Preferable)
- 5-8 mins walking distance from LRT/KTM Subang Jaya
- Working hour: 8.00am - 5.00pm (Mon - Fri)
- Work Place: UOA Business Park, Shah Alam
