Invoice Clerk Responsibilities:
Familiar with sales order, delivery order & invoice process
Checking the data input to ensure the accuracy of the final bill
Liaising with the logistics department and ensuring that goods are dispatched on time.
Handling customer's order and delivery arrangement
Communicate with internal departments to resolve any discrepancies
Maintain accurate records of invoices and payments
Assist in daily invoices reporting & goods return checking
Provide support to the accounting team as needed
Skill set-:
Familiar with autocount or ERP system will be added advantage
Good in excel & microsoft skiils
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
