Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Tracking and Management:
- Maintaining accurate records of all inventory items.
- Monitoring stock levels to prevent overstocking or shortages.
- Recording daily inventory transactions and movements.
- Using inventory management systems to track and manage inventory.
Auditing and Reconciliation:
- Conducting regular inventory audits to verify stock accuracy.
- Reconciling discrepancies between physical stock and recorded inventory.
- Identifying and resolving issues related to inventory discrepancies.
Warehouse Operations:
- Overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure accuracy in inventory management.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
- Optimizing warehouse layouts and processes for efficient stock management.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyzing inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize stock levels.
- Generating reports on inventory performance and stock levels.
Other Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for timely delivery of goods.
Skills:
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and stay organized in a busy environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with teams, clients, and vendors.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office software (e.g., AutoCount Accounting Softwar, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and database management tools).
- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and handle competing priorities.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and find solutions to everyday office challenges.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry, scheduling, and document handling.
- Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Having prior experience with motorcycle parts, accessories, and possibly even retail or sales in that field is preffered but not always required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
