In the development of the business, we are looking for a self-motivated and multitasking Accounting Executive to join our team in HCMC.
Job Type: Full-time / Malaysia based
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks using NetSuite
- Develop and maintain inventory reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels and minimize waste
- Identify areas for improvement and implement inventory management best practices
- Develop and maintain inventory forecasting models
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with inventory management systems (e.g., NetSuite) and data
- Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and inventory management software
- Ability to communicate complex inventory insights to non-technical stakeholders
