In daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. Manage emails, phone calls, and scheduling appointments. Support HR and training coordination, including handling trainee records. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and training materials. Maintain office organization and ensure smooth daily operations. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Strong communication and organizational skills.
