Intern (Recruitment/ Marketing)- City Square, JB
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing recruitment marketing strategies across digital and traditional platforms.
- Help create engaging content for social media, job boards, and the company's career site, showcasing the employer brand and job opportunities.
- Support the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives, including job ads, employee testimonials, and career page content
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance candidate engagement and improve the overall hiring experience.
- Research industry trends, competitor branding, and best practices in recruitment marketing
Job Requirement:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing and content creation.
- Interest in recruitment, marketing, and talent acquisition.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
