Position Purpose:
To support the daily operations through administrative tasks while also being actively involved in store activities, including preparing products such as ice cream and croffles.
Key Responsibilities:1. Administrative Duties:
- Prepare daily sales and stock reports.
- Organize and update documents such as SOPs, work schedules, attendance records, and evaluation forms.
- Assist with HR-related tasks (e.g., leave records, claims, internal letters).
- Communicate with HQ regarding documentation, stock deliveries, or audit matters.
2. Operational Duties:
- Assist in product preparation such as frozen yogurt, croffles, etc.
- Ensure product quality and presentation are according to SOP.
- Support frontline operations, especially during peak hours (e.g., handling customer flow).
- Maintain cleanliness of workstation, display area, and prep zones.
3. Daily Operational Support:
- Act as a liaison between front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH).
- Monitor stock needs (e.g., topping refills, item availability).
- Assist with stock arrangement using FIFO/FEFO and check for expired items.
- Record any operational issues for further action.
Requirements & Skills:
- Able to multitask between admin work and store operations.
- Proficient in using basic software (e.g., Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Canva is a bonus).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and quick to learn.
- Team player and able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- F&B experience is an added advantage.

Pay: RM300.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
