Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily maintenance tasks for office and factory areas.
- Help plan and follow up on regular and repair works.
- Check that building systems (like air conditioning and lighting) are working well.
- Join in facility checks and report any issues or safety concerns.
- Help coordinate with vendors and monitor their work on-site.
- Support minor repair or improvement projects.
- Keep records of maintenance work and updates.
