As part of IT Service Management team, we are looking for a student who will help to enhance the IT Service Management (ITSM) platform.

- Design analyze and improve processes and solutions in the ITSM platform (ServiceNow).
- Develop the web portal to improve the user experience.
- Build automation solutions that integrate multiple IT applications.
- Build machine learning recommendation solution to assist IT support agents.
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree student in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and curiosity to learn.
- Knowledge about IT infrastructure and IT support.
- Basic knowledge of low-code platforms or workflow-based applications.
- Experience in web application development (JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS).
- Knowledge about ServiceNow and IT Service Management / ITIL would be beneficial.
- Minimum internship duration of 4 months, starting from September 2025 or later.
