Job Responsibilities
- Coordination and Provide training, coaching and support to customers to use the company's provided systems and also include training coordination.
- Must be able to talk in front of a group of people.
- Must be IT literate and easily learn new software and apps.
- Develop materials such as user manual, training materials, etc.
- Provide support and customer service for clients through email, online, phone, Whatsapp, etc.
- Requires high problem solving skills
- Requires love to help, talk, call, chat and meet with people
- May involve regular travels
- Engagement with clients, understand clients business and requirements, help them to on board their company to fully implement our software, check up with clients, maintain good relationship with them
