JKey Responsibilities:
- Data Entry & Recordkeeping
- Assist in entering financial transactions into accounting software (e.g., Excel).
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and filing systems.
- Invoice & Billing Support
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients or internal departments.
- Verify supplier invoices and match them with purchase orders.
- Bank Reconciliation
- Support monthly bank reconciliation by comparing internal records with bank statements.
- Expense Monitoring
- Assist in reviewing and organizing staff expense claims and petty cash usage.
- Check for accuracy and completeness of expense documentation.
- Financial Reporting
- Support the preparation of basic financial reports (e.g., income statement, cash flow summaries).
- Assist with compiling data for audits or internal reviews.
- Administrative Tasks
- Organize and scan financial documents.
- Help with document retrieval and archiving as needed.
- Learning Opportunities
- Shadow senior finance staff during monthly closings, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Gain exposure to accounting standards, GST/SST procedures, and internal controls.
Skills & Qualities Required:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles (debit/credit, journals, ledgers)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and data entry tools
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication skills

Pay: Up to RM600.00 per month
