- Develops and recommend the budget, marketing plans, and objectives and manages within those approved plans
- Maintains or exceeds budgeted sales and profits in all event areas
- Recommends, develops, and implements effective marketing plans for generating event revenues
- Supporting the events planner in designing events
- Proposing new events ideas
- Communicating about the event and promoting it
- Sending invitations to participants
- Assist in customer services
- Manage daily operation team for paper multi tasking work and etc
- Complete the tasks assigned by the supervisor
- Provides support in addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Fulfills tasks and projects as instructed by leadership.
